My god sissy is going off to college and she asked if she could have some photos taken before she left for school. Of course I was more than thrilled. This once little baby I’m witnessing the dramatic change into womanhood. So honored to take her photos.
Take note of this future marine biologist. She has her head on straight and knows what she wants. I love that about her.
To me…this pictures says everything. Teenagers that I talk to {even the studious ones} all have one thing in common. This is my niece pretending she doesn’t know that a lens is a mere inch from her face. Always in the mirror, always in front of a camera. Do you remember back in the day when you HAD to actually wait and go get film developed. To only hope that the “one” picture came out the way you wanted? Oh it was just a short while ago seems like.
But now…it’s instant gratification! Instant everything. I’m not saying I don’t like it because I am a HUGE fan of instantaneous results. This post is to all the teens out there…..We see YOU! and we love you, now get out of the mirror
